Welcome to DP Smart Accessories. We aim to provide quality mobile accessories and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following situations:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective or non-working product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in the package

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Order details/invoice must be provided
  • Clear photos/videos and unboxing proof may be required

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective:

  • Used mobile accessories
  • Opened tempered glass/protection items after installation
  • Physically damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • Products damaged due to improper handling
  • Items without original packaging

4. Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved:

  • Replacement will be processed based on stock availability
  • Dispatch generally takes 2–5 business days
  • If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after verification and approval.

Estimated Refund Timelines:

  • UPI / Wallet / Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days
  • Debit/Credit Card Payments: 5–10 business days

Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.


6. Order Cancellation

Customer Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Cancellation by DP Smart Accessories

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

  • Product out of stock
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Fraudulent/suspicious transactions
  • Incomplete customer details

Eligible refunds will be initiated accordingly.


7. Damaged Package or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or tampered:

  • Please record an unboxing video
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Share:
    • Photos/videos
    • Order ID
    • Issue details

Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.


Warranty & Service Policy

  • Warranty on branded products, if applicable, will be provided only according to the respective brand/company policies.
  • Customers may be required to visit authorized service centers for warranty claims.
  • DP Smart Accessories is not responsible for brand warranty approval/rejection decisions.

Non-Branded Products

  • No warranty or after-sales service is provided for non-branded or generic products unless specifically mentioned.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or accidental damage are not eligible for warranty, replacement, or refund.

8. Important Notes

  • Minor color/design variations may occur depending on stock batches or screen display.
  • Tempered glass once applied/used may not qualify for replacement unless defective before use.
  • DP Smart Accessories reserves the right to approve or reject return/refund requests after verification.
